I have a Youtube video up from a few years ago called "My 1969 Ford Fairlane 500" if you all want to see/hear it run.I made it to show a few friends......N.A.D.A. Blue Book Value is Low Retail-$2942,Average Retail is -$8,415..High Retail is $11,110...1969 Ford Fairlane 500 2 dr Hardtop Coupe.. Clean Title.. Current Tags Good until 2017..Its my Daily Driver..Starts Reliably with 2 pumps on the gas pedal.Straight Body..Has a 302 Engine with 2 Straight Pipes,i think theyre Thrush..Edelbrock Torker 2 Manifold and a Four Barrel Carb i think its weber or edelbrock.Also has Hedmann Headers..C-4 3 Speed Automatic Transmission.146,404 miles..NEW Battery,Coil,Condensor,Points,Plugs,Brake Rotors and Pads,New Transmission Flex Plate and Flywheel,New Solenoid,Headlight Dimmer Switch,New Ignition,Too much to list..Have about $1400 in Showable Reciepts....I bought the car about 6 years ago and drive it every couple/few days..I bought the car with 129,000 miles on it....It does need a little work,The passenger and drivers windows need to be reglued because they fall in.69-71 was the only year Ford did glue in windows..The power steering Linkage needs to be fixed.Its running on manual steering right now because the under carriage linkage broke because the guy who had it before me put Hedmann headers on there to make it sound great,which it does,but they were too big and bunched up the linkage until a few pieces broke..Also needs a Heater core.Heater Hoses are hooked together to bypass the core.Runs fine,just no heater or defroster.Transmission in drive seems to be slipping..Its fine in 1st,2nd,and reverse but seems to be hesitating/slipping in drive..I put a new Modulator valve on there and it seemed to run a little better but still hesitated in drive.Maybe it needs a fluid/filter change? i dont know,im no mechanic..Also needs a Brake Master Cylinder..I have one in the trunk,i just dont know how to do it myself..I did the Front Brake Rotors,pads and brake line myself about 2 months ago..Very Minimal rust on the drivers side back fender about a 6 inch swatch on the underside of fender in the usual place..BUYER is responsible for shipping or picking it up..
