Description of 1941 Ford Other Pickups

Selling my 1941 Ford F1 truck that I call "resurrection" because it was recently brought back to life neater than it was years ago. The previous owner, my former neighbor 15 years ago, had it built in the mid 80's and claimed it was in a custom truck magazine at that time. The body was mounted on a mid 50's Ford car frame so has independent front suspension with updated front disc brakes,KYB gas shocks,power steering, Ford 9" rear end and has the original steel over wood bed. Unfortunately it sat under a carport until he finally sold it to me 2 years ago in disarray, running but not very well, with semi flat bias ply tires, old gas, dead battery, inside front corner bed rust, small passenger bottom door rust and peeling clear coat paint which I left but buffed out & had pin stripped for a unique patina look. The body as a whole is very very straight with no floor or other known rust or damage.
Fast forward 2 yrs to now. The interior was stripped, "dyno matted", and had complete new new or repaired tuck & roll pleated interior, headliner, door & kick panels, carpet, complete"Speedway Motors" gauges including tachometer, CD Stereo & speakers mounted on the front of the seat base with remote, seat belts, tilt column and "classic 60's style" steering wheel all done in an eye catching period correct white.
The low mile original 1965 Ford 289 Mustang engine & trans were removed, inspected & serviced with all seals & freeze plugs replaced, new oil& water pumps, and engine "Hopped up" with a new mild Comp Cam & lifters, Edelbrock intake & 1406 Carb, chrome alternator. 6 qt oil pan. HEI distributor with "clear cap". plugs, wires, and of course new chrome valve covers & air cleaner with custom pin stripping set off with a white tuck & roll fire wall pad to make it all standout. Truck runs very very cool with the new over sized aluminum radiator so coupled with a complete new wiring harness it's ready to add AC if wanted.
Now riding on new uni-lug chrome rims with bullet center caps and big & little BFG Silvertown wide white radial tires.
