Description of 1965 Ford Mustang |
1965 freshly completed Mustang track inspired Fastback. With over 3 years of labor in the build this is one of the finest recreations of a 1965 Ford Mustang you will ever see. We started 1965 Ford Mustang 2+2 six-cylinder automatic car. She was then completely taken apart and stripped down to bare metal to ensure a perfect finished product. New cowl, floor patches and rear quarter rust repair was completed. All body panels were meticulously blocked and sanded while the show quality PPG paint was applied. Gap lines up better than the factory. The paint then received a wet sanding and multistage buffing. All new front rear and side glass and trim was installed including the new vent window frames.Vent windows glass are original. This car is in immaculate condition. The Body is straight, the doors, trunk, hood are all aligned like they should. All the chrome has been buffed to a satin finish to complete the subtle restomod look. This car is will turn heads at every corner.
