Up for auction today is my 1925 ford model t four door. Its in as found condition. What the family told me is it had been sitting for about 5 years. Brought it home, cleaned gas tank & carb, changed oil, put a new battery in her and she fired right up. Motor is real tight with no knocks, rattles or smoke. Radiator looks brand new with not leaks and does not run hot. Transmission shifts as it should. paint is old but very presentable, no rust whatsoever that I could find. Interior is near perfect, has a very nice fat man steering wheel, looks like original floor boards. Has the blinds that pull down, has interior light that works. Floor pan under back seat is solid with no rust. All sheet metal and body metal is straight with no dents that I could see. Doors shut with one click with no play in the hinges whatsoever. Has safety glass installed and all windows roll up and down. Original buzzer horn works great. Has Goodyear whitewall tires that look fine. Has the demountable rims with solid wood wheels. The tires are the 475-500 size and all hold air. Has the 4 dip oil pan. I have done my best to describe this caraccurately as possible. The car is for sale locally so the auction can end at anytime. You will be hard pressed to find a car in this solid of shape, very good driver, or a paint job would make it a show car. As I said before, the interior is in near perfect shape with very little to no wear. Head liner is perfect with no signs of any leaks. Low reserve has been set so bid to win. Call Ed at 770-367-6074 or Robert at 404-550-9302 or e-mail Ed at ednicholson61@yahoo.com with any questions. Car is located about 20 miles south of the Atlanta Ga. airport. Will need a 500 dollar deposit within 24 hours of auction close. Car is sold with a bill of sale and current registration as Georgia does not title cars this old.
