Gorgeous 1972 mustang convertible, same owner for over 25 year's. Perfect condition.One repaint in 1990 when it was restored. The door jam's, under hoo, under trunk lid still has gorgeous original paint. Look how great the paint look's after all these year's.It has always been kept in there garage. Body is arrow straight. The fender well's,floor pans, rocker panels and quarter panels are solid. Look at the body lines in the pictures. I tried to show pictures of everything that I would want to see if I was buying it again. the interior is in great condition. Engine and transmission were rebuilt at the time of restroation, AND THEY ARE MATCHING #"S FOR THIS CAR. The car had only been driven about 700 miles sense being restored. It has only 125,066 original miles on it sense it was bought new. Over the last couple of years my wife and I have put 867 miles on it and enjoyed it. I AM PUTTING IT UP FOR AUCTION BECAUSE MY WIFE HAS ALZHEIMER'S and we do not get it out hardly any more.If you want a great mustang to drive or show this is it. ENGINE IS A 302-2 BARREL with automatic, power steering, a/c and power window's. all tented glass. The car is all original Except it has 1973 wheel's, mustang am/fm mp radio, and Mark I Strip's I had installed when I bought it. I have the MARTI REPORT where it was built. It show's that 125,093 were built in 1972----6,401 were convertible's----3,224 came with 302--2v engine's----1969 had fmx automatic transmission----48 of them were painted medium goldenrod of which 6 had white vinyl bucket's OF THOSE 1 WAS EQUIPPED WITH POWER SIDE WINDOW'S ---AND THIS IS THAT MUSTANG. When I bought it they gave me a box of documentation and bill's of the restroation that comes with the car.It also has the original owner's manual with it.
