1974 Ford Bronco HD with 351 V8 425hp, Automatic, Vintage Air, Fuel Injection over $60,000 Invested in project, Drives Excellent Needs Nothing, everything works.Up for sale is my Personal Bronco, I have had 9 of these in recent months many of you may have seen my ads, I have had some good ones. This one is by far the Best and why I kept it for myself. This is a Texas Family owned vehicle I have copy of previous title. Previous owner purchased an original un-cut no rust Texas Bronco back in 2010. He restored it and his investment totaled $60,222.00. Great measures were taken in the restoration to build and suit and specific Idea to preserve this fantastic rust free truck he found, and Completely Modify the Truck for every day modern use.I have had many of these recently and I can tell you this is the own to own. The aggressive 5-6 inch lifted Broncos on 37s and 42's are cool but not worthy road cars and quite a challenge to maneuver, park and simply use. 4 Point turns to get into parking spaces at the beach (you think your cool but you look like a Jackass that can't drive, people honking on a Busy Busy Beach day, yelling etc !!! Believe me I've been there), loud whooming sounds from tires as you drive, not to mention the unsettling feeling like your traveling on a Balloon, again believe me I've had all typesThis build is by far the most useable due to its meticulous build, this is how Ford should have built these Trucks. It has 425hp and plenty of power for any canyon travels, beach and sand trips, and its stance will get you to where you need to go. Unless you are a Rock climber there is no reason to buy one of those Hefty Hefty versions, you will be un-happy I guarantee. The weight, power, re-positing of structural points, battling the truck to control it etc. is all bad, and takes the fun out of it. This Bronco sitting up and on 20 inch wheels gives all the 4x4 experience in a safe comfortable ride.I had had this Bronco in normal traffic and traffic jams with no overheating, up the 5 freeway at 70 mph smooth and safely (check the video) this is the only Bronco I have that can actually do 80mph with big wheels. That is almost unheard of in the Bronco world 80mph!!!! You can drive it on a trip anywhere with AC Heat and Music. I drive it to the Beach to cruise, in and out of parking is simple, pulling on an off the sand is simple plenty of lift, I drive to the trials to go mountain biking and when I come back after a long ride Hot and Sweaty I can't tell you how nice it is to get in a vehicle that has Air Conditioning. Most Broncos do not have it. That cost $4,500 to 5k to install, a perfect fit AC unit is up to $3000 kit alone not including fabrication ducts etc... Another nice feature is the Fuel injection, this Bronco was prepared to drive and take on trips (it was much cooler and much more valuable and appreciating asset to purchase then a New Jeep 4x4 which just loses money. This was to be a top of the line Driver capable of any type of off Roading. The fuel injection was must due to elevations of traveling, and not to hassle with Carb tuning in weather or when traveling from High Desert back to the Beach the out to the Mountains the next day. No matter what it always starts and it's always reliableThe interior is properly done and give the creature comforts like a new vehicle, many Broncos utilize Truck Rhino linier which is tough and scaly I think that is a very un-attractive feature, so this one was Carpeted, New Seats Front and Back, sound deadener to eliminate road noise. Dash is very clean and cosmetically niceThe drive of this Bronco is simply put the best I've ever had, I can do 80 mph on the highway with NO Problems, and None of the TYPICAL BRONCO WANDER it feels safe and comfortable, drives straight. The vehicle has new sway bars, bushings fresh front end rebuild, traction bars, a Brand New C4 Automatic Transmission BM shifter, Fresh 351 V8 with 425hp by D&J Performance Engines, ($4200) an expensive FUEL Injection system and the vehicle has tremendous stopping power with Disc Brakes. Excellent Radio and Speakers for cruising pleasure, fresh wiring, upgraded headlight applications, you name it the Best of the Best. Paint is Good Interior is nice, There are no Disappointments with this Bronco.MOTOR AND EFI:Removed the stock 302 and installed a custom 351W crate motor from D&J Performance Engines.
