Description of 1967 Ford F-100 |
This 1967 Ford F100 long-bed pickup is from the launch year for the 5th Generation Ford F-series truck line, which continued successfully through 1972. This striking truck went through a complete rotisserie restoration with no details overlooked. By taking a close look at this truck, you will note the extreme detail and care that went into it, along with creative accents. With everything from the powder-coated frame and trim to a tricked out interior, this truck has lots of time and expense invested into it. The truck keeps most of its originality, but with lots of custom touches. The drivetrain has been completely rebuilt and includes the massive FE 390 and a 3-speed manual transmission. The paint is Jeep "Rescue Green Metallic" while the frame and most of the suspension is powder-coated in orange, making this truck the ideal outdoor enthusiast's truck. It has the shine and look of a show truck while also having the durability you would expect in a "working" truck. Some of the special features and details of this truck are: Rebuilt 390 FE motor w/less than 500 miles Powder-coated air cleaner and valve covers Rebuilt T-85N 3-speed transmission "3 on the tree" shifter Lowered 4 inches with DJM front and rear suspension 20" Savini BM11 20x8.5F & 20x10.5R with Toyo Tires Brand New "Rescue Green Metallic" paint job Orange Powdercoated Frame w/ Textured Black Powder Coated Accents Bumpers, grille, inner fenders powder coated in a textured black Line-X bed liner in bed, undercarriage, and interior All new suspension, steering, brakes Completely restored interior w/custom water jet cut steel door panels & floor mats Molded headliner with Pioneer CD player and 4 speakers. Stainless-steel dual exhaust with custom powder-coated tips Powder-coated interior and exterior trim and accents Two-tone seats in green fabric and tan vinyl. Door panels in vinyl LED fog lights The trend of the day seems to be the huge lifted trucks that will never see dirt and are hard to get into and actually drive. This truck bucks the trend. It is comfortable, easy to get into, and ready to go to work. You will definitely stand out in this truck and be proud of both its looks and uncommon practicality. |
