Description of 1932 Ford Model A High Boy Roadster

DESCRIPTION

You are looking at a 1931-1932 Ford Highboy Roadster Re creation, it was built with all the best parts and parked in a large collection. We acquired the car from a local dealership, the car was in a private collection and never driven. The family members split the collection and this one was traded in on another vehicle. The result is we have a nice ford recreation that was never really driven or sorted. If you look on the wilwood brake rotors you can still see the hash marks, the pads are thick and the tires show no wear. It has a small block chevy motor, shorty headers, ceramic coated exhaust. It drives good down the road and the wilwood brakes are excellent. It has a wilwood mechanical parking brake as well. The rear end looks like a ford 9", the entire underneath of the car is, painted, powder coated, chrome or polished aluminum. It looks as good underneath as it does up top. Thr drop front axle is all chrome with Qa 1 coil over shocks, good ride quality. It has a smooth running chevy small block, the lokar shifter puts the 700 R4 in gear, the overdrive allows it to cruise with a low RPM. The front 17" amd rear 20" wheels really set it off. This is a glass body on a custom steel frame, we don't have the name of the body or frame manufacturers, you street rod guys probably know. When the car came in we drained the fuel and put in some fresh premium. This car needs some minor sorting, the brake pedal is missing a rubber strip, the oil has been changed recently. The sorting is as follows, I could not get the radio to come on, its built in with four flush mounted speakers. The gauges work with the exception of the speedometer and the temperature gauge. It might be as simple as a fuse for wire. Check out the pictures, watch the video and call us to buy this cool car. Texas Best Used Motorcycles 817-985-8888
