This kick-ass ford turned up in the depths of the hood at an old bikers lair. He was retiring from the biker lifestyle and heading to greener pastures. The city had gone soft around him and all the houses are now shiny and painted bright cheery colors. The fella was tough as nails just like his truck. He gave my partner the ride of his life tearing around corners and kicking up gravel. He sneered a mean sneer on departure and said he was getting a new chevy and a new hip.
The truck has seen some rattle can resto. The pipes are new and the trans is rebuilt. The front suspension needs tlc as it can bottom out on speed bumps. The engine is whisper quiet. The acceleration is smooth and consistent. The truck has its fair share of rattles. My partner feels strongly the stereo should be re-wired. Overall its a great platform for restoration or just drive the piss out of it until the wheels fall off. This ole ford has many more runs to the dump or the hardware left in him, just needs a new captain to take the helm.Regards, dan and rus.
