Description of 1967 Ford F-100

This is a numbers matching. 3 owner truck. that has only been in Arizona. Built in San Jose. CA with a district code of Phoenix. Original owner for 45 years. The original owner purchased the truck from Earnhardt Ford here in Phoenix in 1967 and they owned it until 2012. My neighbor bought it from the original owner. They repainted the truck the original Wimbeldon White in a single stage urethane. Body was super straight and had no major damage or repairs. They did not complete the bottom of the bed in the original color when painted. No major damage or dents in the bed like most of the old trucks you see. The plans were to do a rhino lining but if I were to keep it I would finish it out the way it came from the factory. The interior is a custom red interior with reupholstered seat. door panels. dash. carpet. headliner. really sharp! New front and back glass with new seals. Side glass is original in excellent condition. Vent windows were restored and all door and glass seals. rubber and fuzzies were replaced. New window regulators as well. It has the original 352 motor and three speed on the tree manual transmission. 9 inch ford rearend. manual steering and drum brakes. DJM lowering kit front and back with new I-Beams. springs. brackets. tc. The odometer shows 89783. When I purchased the vehicle from my neighbor they were not sure if the miles were original so when they titled it they put 189000 miles on the title. I since then have spoken to the daughter of the original owner. She stated the truck was under 100. 00 and said the odometer was correct. It was her Dad's pride and joy. So I guess you will have to be the judge on the mileage. The truck is straight and very very clean top and bottom. There is no rot or rust. The motor runs excellent and starts with a single turn of the key. It does have a small oil drip that appears to be coming from the oil pan gasket. It had gone through Arizona emissions in 2014 and passed with no problem. Feel free to email any questions you may have or if you would like to have the truck inspected. please do so before auctions end. Please do not bid if you do not have sufficient funds to purchase the vehicle. I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime as it is for sale locally. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Clean. clear title in hand. Private party sale. I am not a dealer. VIN decodes as: F10YRA86*** (F10:F-100 2WD) (Y: 352 8-cyl) (R: San Jose. S. O: 75 (Phoenix. AZ)On Jan-13-15 at 10:25:34 PST. seller added the following information:Questions regarding engine. transmission. wiring and to keep the questions in the minimal column. This is what I know or have been told by previous owners. I do not know if the motor has ever been rebuilt. The daughter to the original owner said she never remembered it being out of the truck or her father having it rebuilt. She did not think so. The previous owner or myself have down no work to the motor besides a tuneup. The transmission shifts good and if you were to keep the three speed you will probably want to replace the clutch in the future along with pedal bushings. The wiring is all original to the truck and the turn signal switch is in need of replacement. It works but you have to give it a little encouragement. My plans were an automatic transmission and replacing the steering column so did not worry about replacing the switch. Please remember this is a 48 year old truck with its original engine. transmission. rearend. steering box. drum brakes. So it runs. drives and stops like a truck built in1967.
