Description of 1932 Ford Other |
Hello folks. This week for auction I am helping a friend who is non-computerized by listing his 1932 Ford Tudor sedan. This has been a multi year project to this point. but recently he was offered a roadster. so the Tudor has to find a new home! First the body. This is an all steel car. chopped 4". and all floors and patch panels have been correctly installed. It comes a with a set of repro garnish moldings (unchopped). windshield frame. nbsp;custom steel dash with a '56 Olds speedometer and cluster installed. top insert kit. window regulators. door handles. tail lights steel grill shell. and some extra interior hardware. The chassis is brand new starting with a pair of repro rails. boxed. a custom full X-member. Vega steering box. nbsp;dropped axle. hairpins. early Ford brakes and spindles. 9" rear on a traverse spring and 4 bar. It rolls on a set of chrome reverse steelies. The engine is a 307 bored to 327 with flat top pistons. an Edelbrock intake and AFB hooked to a t/h350 trans. This little car isn't too far away from being a driver. and all of the work done to this point has been competently and correctly done by the owner. who works in one of Phoenix's better hot rod shops. It sits right. looks right and is at ride height in these pictures. The chop is done nicely. and all the panels fit well and are complete. If you are in Scottsdale for the auctions. it's not to far away. so take some time and check this car out. you'll be glad you did! Howard. the owner. can be reached at 602 638-6696. for further questions or appointment to see. I (Chip Quinn) can be reached at 602 881 0175 for more objective description based on someone who has seen the car up close and in person. |
