1930 Model A Ford Tudor in black with highly desirable Mitchell Overdrive for easy cruising. Gorgeous car!!! Beautiful interior and exterior! Runs and drives great! The car just underwent a complete restoration and is super nice.This car is impressive and fun to drive! Ready to go Buyers are encouraged to come and inspect the car. Clear title. This car is sold as is. Please remit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the auction close. Total payment is due 7 days after the close of the auction. The car is located in Rockville, Maryland. Please arrange to pick up the car in person or arrange to have it shipped to you. Recent work performed on car: Restoration work (spent over $13,493 for restoration) recently performed, in details, are: 1- Installed new Mitchell overdrive 2- Changed front and rear differential oil in February 2016 3- Changed transmission oil in February 2016 4- Replaced new battery with anti corrosion in 2013 5- Replaced bushings on the rear wheel plates 6- Welded up worn tracks and machined them to correct size 7- Replaced both brake cam shaft 8- Installed new springs on shoes and centered the shoes on backing plates 9- Reinstalled newly bushed emergency brake carrier on rear braking plates 10- Adjust all brake rods and freed up frozen clevis 11- Cleaned and repacked bearings and instal new seals in rear hub 12- Cleaned and repacked left front bearings 13- Installed new races in right front drum 14- Adjust shoe to the drum clearance and adjust brake rod length for proper operation 15- Check and adjust clutch pedal operation 16- Remove and rewiring both tail light 17- Installed missing lens and new tag bracket on right tail light 18- Installed new ignition switch and cable 19- Machined and groove missing from the reproduction dash 20- Installed new leak proof end plate after removing steering box 21- Installed new harness with turn signals incorporated 22- Installed new halogen head lamps 23- Replaced right rear window crank 24- Adjusted the interior panels to correct shape 25- Replaced a new cap for gas cap 26- Car just serviced: Drained the gas, transmission, rear and engine sump and replaced with new fluids 27- Replaced a new horn 28- Adjusted spark plug gap; adjusted point gap and reset timing |
