From the very start of the commercial vehicle market, open and closed pickup as well as panel delivery were the standard. The early 1930's the line up expanded to include the Deluxe Delivery (with both standard and drop floor), Special Delivery with wood siding akin to the Station Wagon and Town Car Delivery with an open drivers compartment. Most of these body styles were offered on a standard Model A chassis.This is a Sedan Delivery with the standard oak wood floor body style 130b. The body style can easily be a Deluxe Delivery by adding cowel lights and a pair of side mount fenders. These type of vehicle body is one of the most limited in production. Being a commercial vehicle, the survival rates are very low. Most were used extensively, literally until their wheels fell off, so finding one is tough... This Delivery was picked up in Western Kansas and has a completely new wood constructed by a retired cabinet maker.
