Description of 1972 Ford Mustang |
Relisting due to poor pictures..... Up for sale is our beloved 1972 Mach 1 Mustang clone. Bought for the wife in 2013 but health issues means it is no longer driven. Originally was a 301 motor but a previous owner stuck a 351 engine inside (vin on window will confirm this). The 351 has been rebuilt from the ground up with full receipts for over $5000 in the motor alone. When we bought this and drove this home the engine blew a rod. Thankfully the owner paid for the rebuild. The work was done through owwawa ks ford at jasper. Have receipts to show the build. There is less than 3000 miles on the motor in 2 years. Although this was a midwest car I have included some underside pics. The car is 97% or better rust free. The only exterior rust is in the door panels and little spots by the rear light. Again pics enclosed. These are like dime sized. The boot and quarter panels had been replaced amd the car had been previously resprayed. Inside everything works except the radio. Good brakes and tires. Price hasLea been lowered to $12500... more pics are available on request as is further information for serious buyers. This is a really good example of a collector's classic. Can be used as a Sunday show car or daily driver. Video of her running on youtube. Enter brian mowat 72mustang. Clip is 34secods. Sounds like a classic muscle car should....drives like it should also Will not last long. Priced to sell.....email for any questions |
