Description of 1940 Ford Other Pickups

1940 Ford Pickup Project 49/53 8ba Flat head V8 3 speed transmission not sure of the vin number I've been told it is located on the frame and the mileage is unknown This 40 Ford is a project but complete also have back bump extra glass for passenger side door because glass in door is broken. It has rust at the cab corners some in the bed some in the inner fender wells a few spots in the floor pan but not bad and other areas but all in all for being 76 years old its in decent shape. The engine turns by hand and the truck rolls freely without any effort. This 40 Ford was found in a barn in central California last time it was registered was in 1976 so it has been dropped from the DMV records it will come with a bill of sale just they way I got it. Previous owner passed away and his widow parked it in their barn and it sat there until I came across it in 2014 when it was parked it was a running vehicles. This would make a great hot rod or a rat rod or even restoring it to all its glory but it is a complete teardown and rebuild for someone not afraid of a project this would be the one.
