For sale are TWO 1955 Ford project cars. The first one (Car 'A') is a 1955 Ford Fairlane 2-door hardtop coupe. It doesn't have an engine or transmission, but does have drivetrain. The car is complete, but the hood and front fenders will have to be replaced. It needs new floor pans. The car came with the Fordomatic and a V-8. The seats are still in it, and the cores are still very good. All side glass will have to be replaced. The trunk pan is in very good shape. The second car (Car 'B') is a '55 Ford Mainline 2-door sedan. It is a straight, almost completely rust free body from the Midwest. The hood and front fenders needed for Car A are to be found with Car B. The frame on Car B is very good and straight. All of the extra parts you'll need to restore 'A' are found in 'B'.I was originally going to pull 'A' off her frame and put it on B's frame, and use the front cap from B. Since neither car has an engine or transmission, I was debating about buying a Y-Block for it, or settling on a 302 V-8 I've got. Both cars will roll. Car A has some slightly bent metal on the rear passenger side, and rust eaten through on the lower quarter of that same side. The metal rocker panels on B are in very good shape, and I was going to cut those to use on A.Both cars are being sold together AS IS. I'm a resident of Alabama, but the cars are located at a restoration shop in Mississippi. There is no title for either, but you will be provided with a document from the court house that will be a makeshift Bill of Sale and will be Notarized. It should be honored by all states in lieu of a title. Please check with your state before you purchase them. Once you bought, they are yours. Please write with any questions or to arrange to come look at them. Thank you. NOTICE: This car is for sale ONLY in the continental 48 United States. Don't bid if you're in another country OR if you have a '0' Feedback rating.
