1962 Ford F100 short bed unibody 1/2 ton truck. Very good truck to drive as you restore or turn into a contemporary show piece. The truck has an inline 6 that is believed to be a 223 connected to a 3 speed manual and 9" rear. Drives out very well and is very dependable. Very little rust as you can see in the pictures. The torque boxes, steps and cab corners all look good as you can see. It has new tires with the correct innie style wheels and caps. It has a underdash AC sysem that is blowing cold. Interior looks very clean and nice. All major stock accessories work as they should. The aftermarket foglights and rear back up lights are not currently working and have not been looked in to at this point. The only other knock is the clutch. When pulling away from a dead stop it will chatter unless finessed. Doesn't keep it from being driven and I hate to add the cost at this time in case the next owner or myself plan to pull the drivetrain for a upgrade as most will change to a V8 auto combo.Anyone is welcome to come and view the vehicle during the auction. We also welcome any third party inspections on your behalf. Also, if you're the kind of guy or gal that needs to see, touch and smell it before purchase... we will be happy to pick you up at BNA and drop you back off so you can have the peace of mind in what you are purchasing. Any emails asking to disclose what the reserve is will be ignored. That defeats the purpose of an auction. However, feel free to make offers if you feel inclined. If any additional pictures or information is needed feel free to call Brian at 615-207-6279.
