Description of 1928 Ford Model A Coupe

Up for sale is my beloved 1928 Ford Coupe. This is a true survivor. The date on the cowl. Is 10-31-28 . This car was born on Halloween. Still running a the bangor motor with a few up grades. High compression head 6. 5 to 1 . Electronic distributor with Centrifugal advance. Two barrel Webber carburetor . electric fuel pump. 4 into 2 headers with duel exhaust and glass packs. This is the fastest Model A Bangor I have ever driven. (60 MPH)New tires with wide whites and big and little's with Smoothie caps. Still sporting the mechanical brakes. but they are adjusted properly and will lock up the rear if you need to. This car has vintage Bonneville Salt Flat inspection stickers on the windshield. They are authentic from the Sixties. But I do not know the history of the car. All of the Lights works included turn signals. oil pressure and water temp gauges added. Tachometer mounted on steering column. The mirror inside the cab has a wind up clock inside. The upholstery is in great shape looks to be from the seventies or eighties Not original. nbsp; . Heater consist of a cool vintage valve in the floor you open with a lever to let heat in from the exhaust manifold. All glass is in great shape. Windows roll up and down as they should. Door locks work with the key so you can lock the car and leave it unattended. This car has a rumble seat with a perfect interior inside of the compartment. All of the oils have been changed. This car is ready to drive. I run it on the freeway at 60 without any trouble. This car is a real kick to drive. This coupe drives like a Model A it is not a modern car.
