Description of 1979 Ford F-150

This vehicle belonged to a friend's grandfather and his grandfather had it repainted about 20 years ago. I was told that the rear axle was replaced at one time but everything else is original. The friend needed money and I ended up with it. There is rust coming through over the rear wheel wells and you can see puddy in those spots. For the most part it looks pretty clean. The floor is in great shape. What it really needs is for someone to restore it but I don't have the time nor space right now. To me it's old school and simple to work on but I have one of these projects and I can't seem to get it done. This one has got to go.
