1986 Ford TaurusSelling my ROBOCOP project car. I lost interest and it's time to move onto something new. I am going to be offering 2 sales options. The first will be for just the car and the second will be for the car and the Robocop accessories to complete your build. First off. I am the second owner of the vehicle. It has 55. 00 original miles. It starts and runs good. I recently replaced the following NEW:-Battery-Brakes- Fuel Filter- Thermostat and seal-Transmission filter and seal-Air filter-Radiator hoses-Power steering pump-Belt-Parking brake switchMechanically. The only thing left to fix that I can see is to replace the transmission side pan gasket which is starting to leak and figure out why the powers locks don't go down. That's about all I can see that needs to be done. however I am not a mechanic. The body is solid but does have some surface rust. But if your going to paint it robocop black it doesn't really matter much. The car starts up and runs fine. I take it to and from work each day. Buying Option 1- Car onlyBuying Option 2 - adds robocop suit. light bar and computer to finish off movie build. The robocop costume is wearable and was made from foam. it was built for a 5'10 male approx 180 pounds. Mannequin not included unless arrangements are made for sale. The light pictured is not the one you will receive but is just like it. It is a whelen 9000 edge. red and blue just like thmovie photo I showed. It's includes the roof mount and wiring and is used. The computer is rare and hard to find and is exactly the one shown in the movie. It does not include wiring. To complete the build you will need to paint the car flat black. install the light and computer and put some decals on it and drive!*Please state which option you are making an offer on. This is the exact model and style car used in the first robocop car. These cars are getting harder to find. If not into the robocop idea it will be a great daily driver which is good on gas.
