Description of 1970 Ford Thunderbird

70 Thunderbird original California car with the rare Brougham option which included hopsack interior with bucket seats and console. nbsp;sport lamps in the grill vinyl top and color keyed wheel covers. these were the fully optioned top of the line models. All numbers matching with the rare pastel yellow color with the tan interior. Has the 429-4V engine AT PS PB AC PW AM radio. all work. Brand new tires and carb was rebuilt. belts. hoses. seals. brakes all been replaced this car runs and drives like new it literally floats down the highway! Mileage is 8. 00k and has been verified by the New Mexico Dept of Motor Vehicles and title state's mileage is actual and accurate. does have the original orange assembly plant paint on the rear end center of the drums which is a good indicator of the low miles and this car is exceptionally clean under the hood. underneath and in the trunk with factory decals still present. Still has the original spare tire doesn't look ever used. his car has had two previous elderly owners and has been well maintained and garaged kept it's entire life. has no leaks or unusual smells. everything seems to work properly as it should. It can be driven anywere coast to coast. The gauges all work except the clock. . lights etc all work. The paint is very presentable but not perfect and all the chrome is in very nice condition. Trunk mat looks as if it were never used! The interior is excellent. seats. carpet. headliner. door panels etc. the only issue is the dash pad has a crack approx 1/2 long in the center. Vinyl top show's normal wear but overall presentable for a car of this age. Car appears to have had one repaint but was put back to the factory original color and looks very good. I have entered this car in local shows and it always receives alot of attention and high marks this is a very nice above average driver or entry level show/cruise in condition.
