Up for auction is my 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible “C” code car. This car is an excellent driver quality car that runs and drives great. It was an older restoration that isn't a concourse restoration. The car has some nice options, power steering, power convertible top, center console, functioning AM radio, luggage rack, and GT wheels. I am open to offers and will consider trades for other collector cars. Rather than asking the reserve, which will be held confidential, please make an offer if you would like to end listing early. The body isn’t perfect, there are a fair amount of door chips, especially on the upper body line that have been brushed touched. I have photographed these the best that I could. The paint is a 10 footer. The doors open and close nice. The windows all roll up and down easily. The glass is in good shape. The chrome is also in good shape. The convertible top is fair with some stitching repairs near the rear window and a few small tears. The rear window needs to be sewn back in or replaced. The floor pans/torque boxes were repaired in an unprofessional manner, they did not do a great job and I have photographed them the best that I could. They are acceptable for a driver. The trunk is OK with a spare tire, jack and tools. The engine was a new water pump and is detailed to look original, it looks really nice under the hood. The tires are good as well as the brakes. This is an inexpensive cruiser that always starts right up and purrs like a kitten.
