This magnificent Effie has just been completely restored by Bobco in Lake Elsinore, California, the legendary builder of award-winning Ford F-100 show trucks. Bob stripped the entire truck down to bare frame and built it up, fitting everything to perfection. They then took the truck back down to the frame again and painted each piece and reassembled. I have shown my truck at a number of shows in the San Diego area. One show had approximately 100 trucks and we... were awarded First Place. At the Pickups Limited Show in Ramona, California, we got first place for all of the member trucks. That's a lot of trucks. The truck was finished less than a year ago. The truck has power steering, power brakes, Vintage air with heat, cool and defrost. We used EZ wire kit which has a book with it showing what every wire does. The gauges are Ford Motor Sport Master Piece. The wheel wells are tubbed. The rear end is Ford 9, 355 gears, traction lock and 31 spine Fongrid axels. We used a 4-bar setup with Bilstein coilover shocks, custom stainless fuel cell with a Holley electric fuel pump, polished aluminum radiator, transmission cooler, C6 TCI transmission, polished stainless fan shroud, polished billet pulleys, polished Sanden air conditioning compressor, chrome alternator and custom leather upholstery done by Elegance Interiors of Los Angeles. Intro custom wheels, fronts are 18x8, rear 20x10. Pirelli tires. The custom engine is by Harley's Performance Products and is balanced and blueprinted with CHI heads and intake manifold, comp cam with Roller rockers and blueprinted oil pump. The engine makes about 450hp, and tq. 475. This truck is really fun to drive. The total construction costs are near $120,000. Not including any of my labor. If you are an Effie lover, don't miss out on this masterpiece F-100 show truck.
