Description of 1969 Ford Mustang |

If you Want something no one else has and love Mustangs, then here you go!!! They never got around to putting a 460 in Mustangs, just 428 and 429, same blocks. Was originally a white car with 6 cyl.Story I got was that in the early 80's, she was on her way to being a race car, but never made it. Who ever did the transfer did an excellent job. No firewall damage or chopping, trans tunnel is original--real clean job, hard to tell it didn't come that way. Battery is relocated in trunk. Sat in a garage for a long time and when I got her, we cleaner her up and had plans to make her into a BOSS 9, That is putting a pair of Kaase Boss 9 heads on the 460 (google it and you'll understand why) This has an active shaker hood and you can feel the how cold air makes a difference. Have new door panels, 1970 bolt in glass replacements for doors. New felts installed, All new suspension (moog) and alignment done. Fairly new tires. New dash pad, not a cover. Replacement trunk lid. Lots of other parts too. Gas gauge doesn't work. Had 3 Stangs and this one being my favorite is the last to go. |
