Purchased new in Georgia, the "A" went to Tennessee where the second owner completed a full body-off restoration and engine rebuild. Currently it's home is in Western New York where it spends it's winters garaged, blocked and covered until the latter days of spring. Additions made include dual Optima vertical celled batteries wired in parallel for extended cranking power, an ammeter and floor mounted battery cut-off switch with a removable key. A chrome radiator guard was added along with a Moto-Meter radiator temperature thermometer. Door hinge mounted side view "Peep-Mirrors" provide for an additional margin of lane change safety. Her floor boards have been remanufactured using exterior plywood and given several coats of varnish and covered with a new full rubber floor mat.The fuel tank has been chemically and correctly lined to prevent any rust formation. The odometer is non-functional and the actual mileage is unknown. This very special Model A will be happiest where traffic density and speed limits are within reason for it's age. While driving this rarely seen example of American motor history, expect to receive a number of horn toots and "thumbs up" from other motorists and pedestrians as well. The real fun is reciprocating with the unique and seldom heard "A-OOGAH"!
