Description of 1994 Ford Ranger Splash Extended Cab Pickup 2-Door |
I bought this five years ago for $5000. It was my daily driver for about two years, and then I got a second car. It has been driven about one mile a week since. I was planning on restoring the interior, but I haven't had the time or money to do much. It still drives great and has lots of miles left on it. This is listed in other locations also. $500 deposit required at time of purchase and full payment will be due within 3 days. The Good. -4x4 -Camper -Bed liner -Tow package including the hitch -New battery -New Starter -New upgraded finned brake drums -New brake shoes, cylinders, springs, and hardware -Almost no rust on the body -Haynes Repair Manual -Front hood protector (needs to be installed) What needs work (This is what I was planing on doing) -Needs new carpet ($165 on eBay) I will be happy to provide the link. I have pulled out the old carpet already. -Needs a new passenger seat (B&R Auto Wreaking has a few available right now $40-$70) I still have the track, so you only need the seat. -Right exhaust (it's dual exhaust) needs to be patched or replaced -The odometer is adding 4 miles for every one (sometimes it varies a little). It has been doing this since about 120,000. I would guess the actual miles are around 160,000-170,000. -It has a nice radio, but I can't hear it. (I have never attempted to fix it because I drove this truck so little I would just listen to my phone) -The camper brake light needs to be re-secured or replaced (I bought a new one but, can't remember where I put it). -The driver side window gets hung-up the last little inch. |
