Description of 1965 Ford Mustang

I was hoping to buy another car this week, so I will probably take the best offer I get over the next couple days!!!
Rare 1964 1/2 mustang (1965). It is a D code 289 v8 in automatic
This car is in excellent condition, and only has 76,000 miles on it, with about 20k on the rebuild.
All original Interior in excellent condition except new seatbelts!!
Rebuilt engine
Rebuilt carburetor
New GT tires
Newer suspension
New chrome bumbers, bezels, mirror etc.I will include all of the new parts that I have not put on yet plus all of the original parts
Almost all original/stock interior and motor parts in excellent condition
Mechanical and electrical systems are all in great shape and have no issues
The only thing left that needs fixing is the driver side window crank which is broken (easy fix)
There are also patches of gray primer around the front fenders on both sides
I have receipts and paperwork for all the maintenance and work that has been done on this car for the last 50 years, which show the mileage and engine rebuild work.
This is a great car in excellent condition, and the only reason I am selling it is because I do not want to spend more $$ on a proper paint job to finish it up! Something in this condition with the finished body and paint would be 22-25k, so please don't lowball.
