Description of 1967 Ford Mustang |
This is a great opportunity to purchase a classic muscle car. My father in law purchased this car in 1996. He spent 3 years restoring this car, finishing it in 1999. In 2007 my wife and I purchased the car from him. We have owned it for the last 10 years and just do not drive it enough to justify owning it any longer. The documentation from the restoration on this is a 4" thick file full of receipts. There is an original owners manual. Manuals for everything from the tires to the carburetor. Haynes repair manual. One of the pictures is from the motor build. I believe it was bored .030 over. There is also a picture of the factory issued build sheet. Odometer miles were reset at rebuild so the title will show mileage unknown. 9100 miles on odometer now since rebuild. Color is a green metallic ford color from the 1990's, with the black vinyl top. If we can find the album there should be a lot of pictures of the rebuild that we can send as well. Features: Dual exhaust with glass packs. Sounds great. 4 speed A power radio antenna was installed, looks better this way GT fog lamps GT lower stripe GT wheels Telescoping mirror driver side Tachometer Eldebrock 500 CFM Carb Looks like the cam was a GT H01??? unsure on this. Air Shocks on the rear to change the ride and rake of the car. The hood has the turn signals in them and they work. The clock on the dashboard even works. No fluid leaks. Title is clean and in hand. Car can be seen anytime with notice. Texts are best 419-553-7110. serious inquires only. Don't send me a low ball offer, i wont respond. Reserve is conservative and i expect the auction to set the price. There are some stone chips behind the rear tires in the lower quarters. There is a couple scratches on the passenger door from my son and the handle bars on his bike. The driver side brake on the front is weaker than the passenger side so it pulls to the right. The clutch pedal return spring must be weaker. it doesn't pull the pedal all the way back to full location after letting off it. The couple repairs i was letting the new buyer do. For $500 someone may just put a disc brake kit on it. Will only sell in the lower 48 states. Any shipping costs to buyer, and all shipping arrangements to be made by the buyer. I can send any specific pictures you would like to see. I could also send a short video if you would like to hear it running. |
