1936 Ford Cabriolet Convertible SURVIVOR

I purchased this old 1936 Ford Cabriolet Convertible from a private collector. He stated to me that this car was in dry barn storage for over 52 years with the original family since brand new. He also stated that this car had 7,300 original miles and had original paint. I surly can not verifie this after 81 years however everyone that has seen this car at the car shows thinks its one of the most original low mileage old Fords they have ever seen including myself. If you are looking for a rust free old Ford survivor, You Just Found It!!! Check out the original floor pans, running boards, frame, and under all the 4 fenders nice and clean. The chrome every ware looks great.
Rare color 1936 Ford Amory Green. New fuel pump, new water pumps, radiator flushed with new hoses, new full distributor, gas tank flushed, carburetor rebuilt. New motor mounts and complete tune up. This car has great old patina. The paint still shines with dry cracking and chips and scratchs. Interior looks great with decades old patina. The brakes are original mechanical and work great. It shifts like new with one finger smooth. The clutch throw out bearing and pressure plate operate like new. The motor runs like a Swiss watch with no smoke, nice and clean. All windows roll up and down with ease. The convertible top also goes up and down with ease. I just changed all the fluids, engine oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid and rear end, all fresh.
I have driven this car over 100 miles just recently last week in 90 degree heat. It runs nice and cool. I would never restore this old Ford. When you go to a car show everyone is astounded at how original this car is. Truly a great old classic survivor ready to enjoy with great decades old patina. I am thinning out the herd and really have a lot of time to enjoy them as I get older with five grandchildren. I know I have most likely missed some info and your welcome to call with any questions.
