Description of 1956 Ford Parklane

This is a rare find of a rare car. Factory Thunderbird engine. Comes with extra tranny and two tailpipes. In really good shape, has all the glass, trim and original pieces. The original hubcaps are all there. There is a replacement emblem for the right front fender in the glove box. He bought the emblem 30 years ago and never put it on. The roof has some snow cave to it as does the hood. I was told that there may have been some repair to the drivers side rear fender. Where the paint is peeling. Jon said it was a bad patch job? There is a crack in the windshield up near the top and some of the windows have cracks but they are all there. There is a third seat, sorry, I didn't know so no photos. No rust underneath at all. A VERY old rancher bought the car when it was a year old. Hes had it the whole time. It is straight and all the trim is beautiful. Everything is there. Every lens, mirror, instrument knob, everything. Its unreal that it is in such good shape. He said it ran just a few years ago but hasn't started it since.
