A black 68 Fastback with Eleanor/Shelby styling and a 408 stroker motor freshly built estimated at 700HP!! This car started out as a super solid 68 J code 302 fastback. The car has just received a fresh black paint job and Eleanor body pieces. It's going to be a beautiful car and already is. This engine was built with nothing but the best parts! Let's talk about the engine first which is the heart of this beast. Engine: Running engine that sounds amazing!!!!! Built by Walker Custom Performance. Have pictures of full build and spec sheet, balance paper, and parts receipts. 351W Bored and Stroked to 408 Cubic Inches Bored and Honed with torque plate Oil Gally's chamfered and ground for better flow Milled and Main Girdle Installed Fresh cam bearings and freeze plugs Both Ends of Rods Balanced Balanced Pistons Balanced Crankshaft Camshaft Degreed Eagle Steel Crankshaft Eagle steel "I" beam rods bronze bushed (SIR6200BBLW) Wiseco Forged Racing Pistons (PT069H3) Wiseco Moly Rings Wiseco Locs Clevite "H" series rod bearings Clevite performance main bearings Durabond Performance cam bearings World Product Aluminum Cylinder Heads (023020-2 64AS) Manley Hardened Pushrods Comp Cams Camshaft, lifters, timing chain Comp Cam Grind FW XE284H-10 Intake Lift .541 Exhaust Lift .544 .006 Flat Tappet 284 Intake 296 Exhaust Duration at .050 Intake 240 Exhaust 246 Crane Aluminum Roller Rocker ARP Rocker Arm stud kit ARP Head Bolt Kit Melling High Volume oil Pump (M-83HV) Milodon Oil Pan (30926) Edelbrock Aluminum Air-Gap Intake Manifold ARP Stainless Intake Manifold Bolt Kit Fel Pro Gaskets Professional Products SFI Approved Balancer TCI SFI Approved Flexplate (529628) Milodon Oil Pickup and Oil Pump Driveshaft Flame Thrower Distributor with coil Taylor Plug Wires Holley dual Line 780 CFM carburetor Builder says it should make 700HP but I have not have it Dyno tested to verify. Transmission: Built C6 with Billet Yoke New Heavy Duty Crossmember TCI Flexplate Rearend: 9" Rearend with Disc Brakes 31 Spline Axles Interior: Bucket Seats w/Headrests Folddown rear seats with all new trim and carpet Interior is overall very complete. It still needs door panels. I was going to have the front seats covered red. Black exterior with red interior was the build theme. Dash pad is nice. New red carpet. Interior Still need final assembly and probably a few odds and ends bought. Body: The body of this car is in excellent condition. It was not a rusty car before the restoration was started. Has all original frame rails front and rear that are very solid. The floor pans have been replaced and the quarter panels have been replaced. The taillight panel was replaced with the Shelby style taillight panels and its steel, not fiberglass. It comes with a 68 sytle Shelby Fiberglass hood that still needs painted, Shelby side scoops, and Shelby decklid. ALL VINS are intact. Driver door, Cowl tag under windshield, Apron stamp! The car has fresh paint. It still needs to be wet sanded and buffed to get dirt specs out, runs in clear etc. But will shine up very nice. It already has a nice deep gloss to it. The engine bay was also painted black. The battery tray has been patched and the car still needs the small quarter to taillight panel small metal pieces glued in. Torque boxes and rocker panels are solid. Trunk pans are solid as well. The body is very straight and the panels line up very nicely. The body does still need adjustments and final assembly to be done. Glass: Comes with both side glasses and rear glass. Needs Front Windshield Suspension: Stock style suspension front and rear. Exhaust: The car still needs exhaust. This is a project car that has had a great start and a lot of money $$$$ and time invested. Someone can take this car and put a little bit of work into it and have a done car worth a lot of money. The engine does run. It starts by a key. For the car to move and drive, it needs driveshaft installed, shifter, gas pedal linkage, and brakes checked and bled. I could do this work at the Buy It Now price. Car rolls and steers easily for transport. Buyer and Seller Responsibility I will help with shipping anywhere in the world but shipping cost is responsibility of the buyer. The car is sold as is-where is with no refunds or exchanges. The deposit is NON-refundable. I encourage anyone to come and inspect the car you buy it. It's up to the buyer. You are not buying the car here for a chance to come and look. Please be serious. The car is over 40 years old and has many original parts, so don't expect a perfect car. It needs fully restored. But it's a very rare and desirable car. Payment must be made via Bank Wire (preferred), in person with cash, cashier's check can be sent but must clear the bank first. Full payment has to be made within 3 days of the auction end. Failure to make full payment gives me the option to sell the car to another buyer and breaches and contract. International buyers are more than welcome to buy the car. I am not responsible for any part of the car that was not disclosed is it's hard to describe every inch of the car. Sold with a GA transferableregistration which is fullytransferablein every state to obtain title. If this is notsufficientI can get a WV title but it will take approximately 2 weeks.
