Description of 1947 Ford Super Deluxe

This is a great, un molested, classic sought after Ford coupe. It's in a running condition with some a great patina. It has a lot of brand new parts just installed! Completely stock, and rust free chassie.
It has a 8BA Flathead V8 motor that is said to be a replacement motor bought from Sears, many years ago. It truly purrs like a kitten and seemingly has very few miles on it.
It's got a new starter, new waterpumps, new carburetor, new fuel pump and rcently had a tune up. The radiator is new as well as the dropped Magnum front axel, shock absorbers rear leaf springs, tires, wheels, hubcaps and trimrings.
It also has brand new brakes all around. (mastercylinder, wheel cylinders, brake shoes, brake hoses) It just saw the sunlight again after spending the last 17 years parked inside.It seems to have one old re paint. It appears to be no body damage to the coupe. The coupe has a very solid and straight body but has some rust in the trunk, some minor on the corner of the trunk lid, and at the front passenger floor.Doors shut good, windows roll up and down with ease. All gauges are there, and mostly work. The dash crome is ok. Headliner is good. It appears to be the original interior, and could be used if you like the patina. All the stainless, moldings etc is intact and good.
The front and rear bumper was recently chromed, as well as the window garnish mouldings, and the grille.
I drive the car around the block ever so often and it runs really good, most of the lights are working. It is not to be considered a dependable daily driver yet though, i would recommend going thru everything due to the fact it was parked for 17 years.
EXTRA with the car: Two new inner rocker panels, a brand new wiring system, new gas tank and sending unit, new windshield and rubber gaskets, new radio antenna, outer door handles..
There's of course many routes you can go here. Keep the patina and have a as a great beater, build a custom, hot rod, gasser, stock...
It is all there, has not been cut up or lost it's original charm.
The car has a California title.
