69 Fastback is for sale. 1.5 years ago it was found in basement of antique store in East TN . It was purchased from original owner. It sat for 35 years in this location with original 302 and C-4 removed. He was going to put in new motor for more power but that never came to pass and time slipped by. The body is very solid and there is rust where battery sat. There is one quarter size hole behind right wheel well and a small rust hole behind drivers seat on floor. There is some surface rust where body paint was scratched and chipped. We own restoration shop and seeing how clean body was we purchased car but now it has sat in shop and we need room. This is the perfect candidate for a rusted out Cobra Jet restoration that needs new shell that is Ford. Or just make a baddass street car with big motor or restore with original 302 and A/C . Rust is very expensive to repair correctly and we seen many hack patch jobs over the years. The body has a couple dings and interior is faded from sitting. This is far better deal than a 17.5 k dynacorn body with all other parts that make it 100% complete. There is wood stain that dripped on side of car when antique shop redid there florrs up stairs and it dripped on car. I left alone. I steam cleaned under car to get rid of cob webs. A very long time ago the front wheel wells were rattled canned red and the rear rattled canned blue. Must of been cool in 1970. The pressure washer washed off some. You can see the floors are very solid and where undercoat came off the metal is has new. Front valance is banged up and that is no doubt from 18 year old owner. I had rear bumper re-chromed with big load that went to platter. The original owner said 33K miles are original has he very rarely left town with it.We only trade up if you thinking trades. Call Al Morgan for more info 931-432-6377 and more pictures in specific. Vehicle is in Cookeville, TN. We can help with shipping and delivery in surrounding states possible. Title is new and clear.
