Description of 1965 Ford Mustang |
Here is. for the first time ever. being offered a VERY nice. Low Mileage Mustang coupe that has been stored for the best part of 2 decades. She is equipped from the factory with power steering. disc brakes center console with bucket seats. She is as rust-free as you will find. please see photos of floor pans without seats in it. bright. shiny factory paint. a super solid trunk along with sills and all inner sheetmetal. The fitment and gaps are very good. Since storage. it has had some refurbishment as needed. keeping it all original and keeping the original factory parts whenever possible. It has new carpet and door panels. the seats and headliner are all original and showing some minimal wear supporting it's 62k miles. The Green dot C-4 transmission has been flushed and with a new filter. pan gasket and shifter shaft seal installed. The brakes have been done including new calipers and shoes. a new gas tank/sending unit. distributor. fuel pump and 2v carburetor is rebuilt. New plugs and plug wires installed. ew alternator. and the radiator removed and flushed. The she has had one recent and correct Springtime Yellow paint job. however. I believe that the door jamb paint is still original. The car has been wet sanded and polished to a very nice shine. it is not a perfect. but as you can see from the photos. very presentable. This car is a very nice driver and not a trailer queen and is priced accordingly. It can be taken to shows and events as it is. the engine bay and trunk are detailed The Chrome is very nice and new trunk rubber seals and window felts or fuzzies have been installed as needed. She is a very fine stock example of an early car. 1965. which I personally feel is the best looking model over the '66. Black and gold engine paint versus the Ford blue engine paint in 1966. She has Good Toyo radials with correct stock hubcaps along with jack and spare finish it off. Please call Jay with any questions 360-852-0589. Bid with confidence. I am 100% since 1999. I will gladly assist in arranging for shipping to the preferred port for all overseas buyers. Thanks for looking and bidding. |
