Description of 1986 Ford Ranger

Up for bid is a 1986 Ranger 4x4....I haven't seen another one on EBAY that is like this........I've owned this truck since 2009, and it has sat in my garage since then. Never had the time to finish it...bought it with a bad motor....and purchased/installed a rebuilt 2.9 from ebay.....the motor has 0 miles on it.

The Good: - body looks good for it's age.....must have been re-painted at some point.....not seeing any rust. - has a body lift and the STX emblems (not sure how to tell an STX from a non-STX....I'm not a Ranger person) - Rebuilt 2.9 long block installed. - Truck runs and drives, but needs to be dialed-in.....I'm sure it has old gas from sitting.....I have driven it around my property, but never had it on the road). - Wheels are decent, and the tires have good tread - 4x4 work - Windshield is new.....had that installed about a year ago - Radio is new
The Bad: - There is a draw on the battery....after a few weeks, the battery drops charge. - Tach does not work, and a few lights in the interior......it's probably a fuse or wire - Seats have some rips, but look to be original. - Needs to be timed or dialed-in.....an injector may be fouled....need fresh gas in it. - brakes will need to be bled, from sitting. If I remember right, the pads are good.
