Up for bid is a 1940 Ford Two Door Sedan w/ a running flathead V8. Manual 3speed on the column. New Bob Drake chrome grill center, new Bob Drake chrome headlight bezels. This car starts, runs, drives and stops. Working headlights, parking lights, instrument lights, and brake lights. It needs a full interior. No carpet, headliner, or door panels. The front seat needs to be reupholstered. The springs and supports seem to be fine. The rear seat is in decent shape for the age. The car does need new tires. The ones on there hold air, they are just not road worthy. The clutch engages fine and it goes thru the gears with no problems. Reverse works. The back passenger side window is cracked. The doors open and close with ease. The only spot I can find any bondo is the panel just under the trunk. I have seen replacements for $300 from Bob Drake. I haven't seen any leaks from the engine. The oil pan is dry. It doesn't smoke. It idles great. Clean and clear NC title. If you have any questions or would like to see pictures of anything feel free to message me or text/call anytime.919-six two three-4386. I will add a link for a short YouTube video of it running.
