Description of 1968 Ford Mustang

1968 Ford Mustang Sprint B one of nineteen per the Deluxe Marti Report. I will include report with the sale. This mustang is a great driver Has power steering. manual brakes powerful great running (original to the car) 289 2bbl V8 Engine mated to original C4 automatic transmission. Repainted with the original custom ordered green paint and beautiful original black C stripes. Black vinyl roof. Black Interior with bucket seats (all excellent except for driver's seat which needs recovering) nice dash original 98225 miles. Original AM radio (need service and antenna). 4 brand new B. F. Goodrich raised letter tires (radials). Very good rust free condition please look at the photos this Sprint B has had some patching but is a solid car needing only your choice of exhaust. Right now she has single pipe with no muffler(run the rest of the single that is there or run Duels with chrome tips) Garaged year round and only driven in the spring and summer. The 1968 Sprint was originally introduced midway through the 1966 model year when Ford introduced the Millionth Mustang Sale featuring the limited-edition Sprint package which had a lot more chrome and a different engine due to engine availability problems in 1966. The Sprint option remained in later years with just the additional chrome and paint options which gave the car a GT look without the price. The 1968 Mustang Sprint option "A" consisted of GT stripes. pop-open gas cap and the full wheel covers of six cylinder Mustangs. The "B" option received the V8 engine. Argent styled steel wheels with Wide Oval Tires. and GT fog lamps. Early in 1968 this package was sold as limited-edition Mustangs "C" stripe. and by mid March called a limited edition Mustang Sprint offered in all body styles.
