dollars getting it working good. Work did not include fixing the AC though. 2 gas tanks Backup camera (I made it so it's on all the time to use as a backup mirror) CD player with Aux input and USB port Back Bench seats can lay flat. Power Locks Power Windows Airplane style interior lights Below is the description of all that was done before. Not the greatest looking van but she does pretty good. Wheelchair lift is rated at 500 lbs. Customer request inspect vehicle for a trip. Wants us 96.95 to look into a deep cyle battery, he has a handicap lift and wants a better battery. A/C does not work customer states, would like estimated. Also vehicle has snow tires in rear would like to switch. Inspected vehicle and found: Battery is corroded. Battery replacement recommended. Rear differential fluid is dark and the cover/ pinion seal are covered in fluid that has soaked up dirt. There is a pretty major leak coming from valve covers and oil pan. All oil is accumulating at back of engine around the transmission bell housing, possible rear man seal leak. Spark plugs are old/ dirty looking recommend replacing. Bottom edge of water pump shows signs of leak, needs a pressure test to confirm. Brake fluid is dark, recommend service. Front brakes have approx. 40% lining remaining. Rear brakes have over 50% shoe remaining. Fuel filter looks newer. Right front tie rod end has some play. Needs tie rod end & alignment. Inspected a/c operation. A/C high pressure line from evaporator to condenser is leaking and low side schrader valve is leaking (note: vehicle has rear a/c, non-factory) Remove & replace battery Removed existing battery and replaced with new Interstate battery. Cleaned cables & connections as needed. Remove & replace rear differential pinion seal 242.38 Removed & replaced rear differential pinion seal & fluid. Tested & verified operation. (combination while disassembled) Remove & replace 0.00 spark plugs - no charge Pressure test cooling system 29.09 Pressure tested cooling system using guage. Visually inspect for leaks. Brake fluid flush 83.00 Perform brake fluid flush. Includes purge brake fluid from system. Replace with new brake fluid. Bleed system as needed. Remove & replace valve cover gasket 581.70 Removed & replaced valve cover gasket. Cleaned residual oil from area. Remove & replace oil pan gasket 494.45 Removed & replaced engine oil pan gasket. Removed & replaced oil filter & engine oil. Tested & verified operation. Removed & replaced right front outer tie rod end 116.34 Perform 4 wheel alignment 74.95 Four wheel alignment includes: check and set tire pressures, inspect tires for wear patterns and condition, measure alignment angles on all four wheels and set angles on all four wheels to manufacturer's specification range (where adjustable). This alignment is warrantied for 3 months. Oil pressure gauge reads low Symptom: oil pressure gauge reads low Checked oil pressure with manual guage Engine has 55 psi at idle and 72 psi at 2500 rpm. Engine has good oil pressure. Checked guage and guage is ok. Needs oil pressure sender 96.95 |
