Description of 1936 Ford 2 dr sedan

This beautiful '36 Ford 2 Dr. Sedan is a 6 figure build now being sold for close to 1/2 of its original cost!

Starting with an all steel body, the body was removed and the frame was boxed and stress supported before it, the engine, the transmission and the rear was painted body color and installed. The rear of the frame was modified to accept the reat suspension. The firewall was then cut back 3" to make room for the 5.4 Lincoln Navigator 4 cam, 32 valve fuel injected engine. Mounted to this great engine is a Kenne Bell supercharger, which add 100 horsepower to the engine making the actual horsepower rating at over 500 horse. Lincoln Blackwood cast iron headers run thru a 2 1/2 exhaust into a set of mustang mufflers and out the rear. Shifting is thru a Ford Lightening 4R100, 4 speed auto trans and the rear is a Mustang Cobra independent rear with 3:73 gears. ( this car is scary fast when you get into it!!)

There is a Mustang 2 front suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes with a hydroboost system, Flaming River PS, PW, and PDL. Vintage built a set of custom wheels to accept the 15" front and 16" rear tires which are Diamondback wide whites with '39 Ford hub caps and beauty rings. There are new bumpers, Corvette driving lights behind the horn grills, headlights with built-in directionals, a new windshield frame andelec windshield wipers. The hood and front fenders have been notched to clear the engine. The rear has a minor tub for tire clearance. The dash consists of a Mustang SVO gauge cluster including an OBD gauge to diagnose a problem, should one arise. Also there is a JVC radio with CD player in the glove box and Vintage Heat and Air. The tilt steering column is from Flaming River with a banjo steering wheel and a shifter on the column.

A total of 8,000 trouble free miles have been put on this beautiful car in the six years since it's built. The owner is just finishing his 50 Caddy custom convertible and doesn't have room for both.

If you want any further information on the great car, please feel free to call me at 585-314-8000. Thanks, Brian Page
