1970 mustang fastback mach 1 Rare storage find

1970 “M”Code Mach, Fastback 351 Mustang.

The original Rare color is Chestnut Bronze metallic paint which is pretty rare for a Mach1 .

This Mustang can be restored into an awesome Classic.

The original numbers matching engine and FMX automatic transmission come with the car.

BODY:

This Mustang has been sitting in a Storage for the last 18 years. Mustang will need rust repair, as you can see from the pictures, there is rear driver side fender damage. Obviously you will need to do the floors, and some body repairs as well .

If you have body repair skills, this is a Great Project .

INTERIOR:

Currently, because the car has been sitting so long, everything is dusty look at the picture, but all of the interior is still there.missing carpet

The interior can be brought back to excellence with cleaning and restoration. The instrument panel is in good condition, just dirty, but you will want a new dash pad. The seats will need to be redone You will also need carpet, etc.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION:

The engine is mostly there, four bbl carburetor The engine turned over by hand The original transmission is also in the car. The engine bay is in good condition. It will need some cleaning and painting, and the shock towers are good

GLASS:

Windshield is good and the door glass and the 1/4 side glass is all there and I believe it also has the original tint on some of the glass .

This was a highly optioned Mach1, rear window valore, Scoop Hood (Original Hood and Hood Scoo, Rear Seat, power front “Disc” brake, Power Steering, Black hood stri, center Console, Tinted Glass, Please see attached Marti report .
