Convertible - V-8 - Factory Black Pony Interior - North Carolina Car - console !

Great running and driving classic original V-8 Mustang Convertible with brand new tires! Smooth factory Power Steering makes this a joy to drive! Has Factory Black Pony Interior and the factory Sport Wheel and Console. This car drives excellent for a unrestored car. It is super light blue almost looks white at times. This car is about as solid as they come and has been in NC a long time Matter of fact look at the original owners book- sold new in Raleigh NC at Sanders Motor Company- original solid factory floors too! The title is in my name and it is a NC title and the VIN matches the inner fender, door data tag and the buck tag. Brand new tires, fuel tank, fuel pump, battery, and rebuilt 2 bbl carb. Previous owner said the engine and trans were rebuilt 10,000 milesago so that is why it drives so nice.

If you have been looking for a really nice solid original Mustang Convertible that you can get in and drive and work on as you improve it you should look no further. I can not detect that the car has ever had an accident. It looks like all original body panels. The only areas I can detect damageare the front door corners on the inside and outside front corners of the doors. Appears that some mice made a home at some point and the doors have somerust in the corner bottoms.The hood underside has someplastic repair in the lower insidecornersthat is not detectable on the top. The paint is old and has white touch up work were it has flaked off on numerous areas. The power top currently works properly. The rear window is old cracked, patchedand dark and needs replacement. It can be replaced without replacing the top. It is a zipper window and the zipper is broken so I sewed it in to hold it for transport ( FYI Mustang Unlimited sells therear plastic window curtain with the zipper for this convertiblefor less than $100) .

Don't miss this car - the prices of these old Mustangs are on the rise, so now is the time to snatch up a good one! Plus you can buy restored, but do you really know what you are getting. Lots of comfort on this car as you can see what you are buying. The car does code out with Pony Interior and this looks original to the car as the black interior looks like it has never been replaced. It has some seam separations in the front seats and drivers door panel has some cracks that can be expected for a 52 year old interior, but if it is original why replace it as it is only original once and this is a really cool feature of this unrestored car!

You do not find them in this shape any more. Not real interested in trades as I would prefer to sell. Also the C code and Pony Interior,Factorysimulated wood Sport steering wheeland the Console are huge additons to the car that are pretty rare to see, but not only that they are really nice options to have on the car. This car has all of the items working at this time - the interior ( dash and console) and exterior lights - head, tail, and signals and a working original AM radio!
