Description of 1957 Ford 1/2 Ton Pickup

For sale is a 1957 Ford f100 pick up. Its a cool old truck to restore or drive the way it is.The truck runs and drives great. it's currently registered with a clean MA title in my name. I bought the truck about a year ago, it had been sitting since the late 1990's. I replaced some brake lines, the fuel pump, battery, tune up, oil change, new dual exhaust from the headers back, and 2 new rear tires. It has, what i was told, is the origonal 6 cylinder engine. It does have an old set of headers which I had patched but from there back is all new with a nice sound, not loud. The truck was painted in the early 1990's. The previous owner painted his company logo on the side of it and used it for advertising during the 90's. I removed the artwork. The black paint was still in decent shape underneath. There are some bubbles under the paint on the door and fender bottoms, see pictures. The roof had body filler covering a dent {see picture} which was cracked and lifting so I removed most of it. The bed is in good shape with only a little rot in the bed behind the cab, again see pictures. If you're looking for a cool old truck to get in and drive or one you can restore as you're using it this is the one. Low reserve. The dash bezel was cut to add an oil pressure gauge, I do have another uncut bezel, which will be included. I have a new, origonal type rubber mat for the floor which will also be included. The wipers don't work, it needs a wiper switch. If you have any questions feel free to call me at 508-326-6665. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
If the winning bidder needs the truck transported, my son owns Boston Car Carriers, he'll give you a good price. He services areas east of the Mississippi River.
