Description of 1938 Ford Deluxe

1938 Ford Deluxe 2 door. Approx. 32,000 miles on the odometer.

Engine is a Chevrolet 283 v8, 4-barrel carb on an Edelbrock manifold, headers and custom exhaust, lots of polished aluminum and chrome under the hood, in fact that is allthere is showing! Car also has HEI, Ron Francis wiring harness, a dual electric fan system to keep it cool in cruise lines as well as a custom radiator and custom fuel tank.

Transmission is a 5-speed manual hooked to a Ford 9" rear end. This car, withthe 5th gear, is perfect on thehighway for long trips.

Steering andfront suspension includes Mustang II front end and rack and pinion steering. This car does not have power steering. Wheels are American Racing. Front brakes are disc.

Interior features a new bluetooth Custom Auto Sound Stereo, Air conditioning, heat, power windows,front disk brakes, tilt column, new banjo steering wheel,brand new tinted windshield glass mounted in an original stainless split window windshield frame that cranks open for alittle extra air. The rest of the windows are tinted as well and the two front door windows are power actuated using the stock handles. The car has bucket front seats with a very spacious andcomfortableback seat. The cloth interiorupholstery is older but in excellent condition, to me looking as good as the day it was sewn in. Carpet too is in great condition. Seat belts top off the inside.

In addition, the car comes with a nice Cal Car Cover, front bra, extrataillights, exterior paint samples, and the trunk has received a custom organizer with plenty of storage. The battery has been moved to the trunk. Front headlights are halogen.

This is an all steel and very straight car. Paint is beautiful and all four tires are ingood order. There are few ofthese cars left and this one is one of henicest unmolested bodies around. The car is all steel and is laser straight, and the paint is smooth and flat. The bright work is all nice. Custom bumpers as well.
