Description of 1929 Ford Model A AA Express

Up for auction is a 1929 Ford Model AA Closed Cab Express Truck. This is quite a truck. I never thought I would sell it. Mechanically the truck has been restored. The engine has been rebuilt, and components have been restored. The horn has been restored it has been rewired and has all new tires. The top and visor cover are new and the seats and door panels. All this was done while protecting the patina of the truck . All glass is excellent and it runs and drives, stops well. This is the same Model as seen on the Waltons.
It was found in a warehouse in Utah belonging to the former owner of an Indian Motorcycle dealership. It was unpainted and in its original condition. The Indian Motorcycle dealership information painted on the doors was barely legible.
The new owner chose to simply use reproduction tin signs and vinyl lettering on the doors to reproduce what was barely legible. When I acquired the truck I had the door art reproduced and hand painted as seen in the individual door photos. The truck is lettered from the dealership that owned it in Reno, Nevada, It has an original Nevada License plate. The pinstriping and painted door art are how the truck appears now at the time of sale. Has 2 keys on an Indian Cycles key ring. Title SN does not match engine, however, the body style on title is listed as "EXPRESS".
Please look closely at the pictures. The bed does still have the original wood and has some rust through along bottom. The cab has no rust through. The fenders have very old repairs from cracking due to vibration. I can text or email more pictures. I am limited to 24 on Ebay.

OK..LOTS of interest..here's more info. I have No receipts to show what was down beyond inspection. The repairs to the front fenders and cab are rust free and are nor bondo or filler. they are vet old repairs that add character. I have several more pictures I can text or send through ebay messages if you ask. The only unrepaired rust is on the bed. All 5 tires appear to be new. The undercarriage is unpainted but shows some new hardware, pins, bolts etc. I have no info as to what extent the chassis was gone through but many components were definatley evaluated and improved or replaced. 906 285 0819 is the number for more pics.
