1955 Ford Fairlane club sedan. body good with some dents on trunk, left front fender and possibly some small dents else where. I don't see any, but I am not a body person. Driver/passenger windows cracked, vent windows broken. I do have replacement vent windows. The car is very original so you know it will take work to be road worthy. Right now the car will start and run. I have driven it a short distance down a lane. IT IS not tagged or insured to go on highway. Brakes work, but should be rebuilt before driving. RUST, (all estimates approximate) 8" long 2"wide on drivers floor where accelerator joins floor Saucer size on passenger side floor and under back seat, the trunk has rust only in the bottom of the tire well, rust on the right front fender. doors open/close. Windows go up and down. (by crank no power options). front bumper very good for age. back bumper will need chromed. I have all the trim which in my opinion would be ok for my needs (was going to build a rat rod) I think that is a pretty fair description, probably not perfect but you know the age of the car. interior will need complete replacement. I have done no body, fender or interior work. Work completed: radiator shop repair, rebuilt carb and distributor New. fuel pump water pump new belt and new upper/lower radiator hoses. This seems to be a solid car. The engine has lifter clatter but I have not tried to adjust the valves. Starts right up. I have not ran compression. This car is as is, no warranty expressed or implied. The description is only my observation, as a layperson, not as an automotive expert. I am going to do a video to send to prospective buyers. If your ebay rating is not above 97 don't bother. Terms are CASH at time of pickup. I will consider trades that I can daily drive such as two door coupes or convertibles of american origen. I will help load, you take care of shipping.
