Someone really knew what they were doing when ordering this 1965 Ford Mustang GT. It's hard to find a more desirable first full production year pony car than a factory built black fastback. Code A Raven Black is one of the coolest ways to represent this American icon. This dark mirror shine is the result of a $11k investment in the paint alone. it's absolutely worth it. Because on the fastback body, this dark hue is the most intimating way to distinguish your Mustang from the friendlier pony cars out there. Plus, this one has all the right GT equipment, including the fog lights in the grille, the badges on the fender, and integrated exhaust out back. Yes, this one comes with the paperwork to let you know it's a rare and real-deal GT. We love how the red triple-rocker stripe gives this midnight hero the look like it's out for blood. Spokane Performance built this 289 cubic-inch V8 by reworking the original heads, and adding upgrades like the fabricated valve covers, upgraded pulleys, Monte Carlo bar, large aluminum radiator, and a Holley Performance four-barrel carburetor. The result is a stout V8 worthy of this A-code car's heritage. Plus, you take complete control over this performance build with the rebuilt close-ratio four-speed manual transmission. All this power is nothing without control, that's why there's been a recent investment in the suspension that includes a Total Control Products front strut and coilover setup, Flaming river power rack & pinion, and an Eaton Truetrac rear with a limited slip, traction bars, and 3.55 gears. Plus, with upgraded front disc brakes, ABS, and the modern grip of BF Goodrich gForce tires, this Mustang is a true handler.
