1959 Ford Galaxie Fairlane 500 Skyliner Retractable

For Auction is a 1959 Ford Galaxie Fairlane 500 Skyliner. Does NOT have A/C or power windows. This car is a rescue due to the previous owner passing away after beginning a restoration. The engine and trans are as far as I know the original 352-4 Barrel. The engine is rebuilt by a machine shop and returned on a pallet. The trans was previously rebuilt before the car was disassembled for restoration so it has had some use. Carb is a recent 600 Holley,which isnot original. Car has had some suspension work by a local shop. I have many receipts.I have not had the trunk open, so I cannot answer about contents. The left drivers window and quarter window are cracked and will need replacement.It has the obvious rust on the body that is very repairable and the floor seems very solid. The frame appears rust free and very solid also. Car comes withnew carpet, new seat covers, new front and rear door panels andis complete with all hardware and parts in totes. This car is very restorable and I have posted as many pics as I could to honestly show the condition of the car. Buyer responsible for transport/pick up or shipping. Low starting bid, low reserve.
