Description of 1957 Ford Thunderbird

My dad owned this 1957 Ford Thunderbird for over 30 years, driving it in parades & many events, but it's time to let it go.

Appraised in 2013 for $40,000, but I noticed a hubcap missing on back right tire, a leak on floor, rust on gas pan, some nicks in the paint, so reducing price to $27,000 or best offer.

Car has been in storage for 5 years & not driven.
Engine starts and runs good. (have video can send)
Have skirts in truck, forgot to post a picture.
Brakes were checked out by mechanic - "good, just pump them a couple of times".
(When putting brake fluid in, he broke the top off, so a new container will be needed.)
