Description of 1920 Ford Model T |
Recently restored 1920 Ford TT 1-ton flatbed wrecker, runs and looks great. Nice interior upholstery with felt side panels and genuine leather seats. Has 1926 transmission with the wider brake band, a safe and practical upgrade to this actual working truck (see photo of truck lifting front end of 1923 Ford Model T Touring). Magneto has been re-adjusted to obtain 26 volts AC power when at running RPM, 15 volts AC at idle, very powerful magneto. Has two removable cab side windows (see photo), does not leak oil anywhere (very unusual for a Model T), except a very minor leak from where the pedal shafts exist the hogshead (transmission cover), and if you wipe them off after every other trip, they will not drip, either. Many new parts, too many to list but include new front spokes, new upholstery, new wiring harnesses, and newly restored 2-ton Weaver Auto Crane. All tires are good, engine runs great on both battery and magneto, shows very well. Some repair work is visible on the passenger front fender, and the hand-painted cab has a run here and there, but it genuinely shows very well, even up close.
