Description of 1978 Ford F-150 |
Not sure what the original VIN number was. AZ DMV gave it a new one for some reason, not because it is salvage, I think it is just because it is so old. I just got an offer of $5000 so offers above that please in increments of $500, thank you. Make an offer ! Make a crazy low offer, we will choose the highest one 1 hour before listing ends and ask that buyer if they want to go ahead. $100 immediate deposit which will be donated to a local puppy rescue if deal does not commence within 7 days after sale. I am a nice reasonable person but we are selling our house and time is of the essence. Many more pics available ! Just contact me at sales at ramlite dot com. This truck was adapted to become a prepper truck so it would be hard to see in the desert (tan wheelcovers supplied), chrome painted black etc. This was upgraded with a rear canvas cover and support structure with fold out map table etc and all sorts of other gizmos only a Honeywell gun-loving engineer could come up with.We used it as a promo truck for Ramlite for a while since it is such a head-turner. THIS GETS ATTENTION ! I will add more info over the course of the next few days..... let's start right now ! brakes rebuilt, new fuel pump, new master cylinder 2 years ago (been stood since) THE MOTOR PURRS AND IS BEAUTIFUL, low mileage on this costly motor. I will try and get info on how many miles the crate motor has done since being installed. VIDEO LINK TO YOUTUBE SOON - listen to the gurgle of that 400M motor. New motor computer unit in transit to me. The old one works perfectly but some good 'ol boy neighbors came over and reminisced about their F-150's back in the day and they said 'get a new 'puter and put it under the driver's seat, just in case!'. DOES NOT OVERHEAT !! I drove it 20 miles today for the first time in 3 years and it the needle does not move from the center position once the motor is warmed up. It was 112 F in AZ today. More info to come....just watch this ad. Dan |
